May 26, 2022On 28 December 2021, we met in the 2nd Annual General Assembly GA of African Way.
It was time to seize the moment to commemorate the legal coming into force of AW on 1st October, 20221 as an African inspired NGO for Development Cooperation and Sustainable Development.
Our path would have been much emptier without the company of our young Portuguese change leaders committed to African indigenous knowledge.
The GA focused on refining strategies of south-north cooperation with the overall objective of AW being recognized in Europe as a public utility liable to certain social contributions and exemption from certain taxes.
The final resolutions of the GA focused on the plan of action for 2022 based on the need for proper capacity utilization in order to make AW a world player in African-European economic relations and reduction of inequalities in the sustainable development paradigm by bringing African regenerative wisdom into the world.
