The main objective of this program is to train volunteers and local practitioners who are willing to work together with AFRICAN WAY to build a team which looks to interconnect rural and urban agriculture and consumption needs, in order to face the challenges and opportunities for macro-economic development.

In addition, we also aim to:
  • To formulate and formalize partnerships with national and international partners, youth organizations, universities and municipalities for the integration of volunteers in AFRICAN WAY as a supporting program for communities’ transformation and youth entrepreneurship;
  • To promote global standards of innovative volunteering among volunteers of locally-owned, community-led Permaculture training projects, by providing them tools for duty care (volunteers-leading skills) and social impact measurement.
