The main objective of this program is to provide youth and women with technical, theoretical and leadership knowledge and tools that will empower them to assume leadership roles in community projects, while maintaining engagement in a national and international platform of sharing best practices.

In addition, we also aim to:

To reach a vast international community through our online modality and by formalizing partnerships with important environmental education, youth and women entrepreneurship, and weaving and sacred activism platforms;

To formulate and formalize partnership agreements with the local and regional municipalities as a supporting program for communities’ transformation and youth and women entrepreneurship;

To establish a network of African Way and Better World Cameroon hubs of ToTs.
